The building in which the notaries practice is located in a short distance from the Polish Theatre (facing Adam Mickiewicz Avenue) and St. Vincent de Paulo Basilica (facing Ossolińskich Avenue).

The location makes it possible for both car owners and users of public transport in Bydgoszcz to reach the notary office (a detailed list of lines can be found in the Contact tab). The notary’s office is additionally located in a place where public parking spaces are available (at Ossolińskich Avenue, Asnyka Street and Mickiewicza Street).

Should you wish to carry out a notarial act or obtain free information regarding the possibility of performing a notarial act, our notary office based in Bydgoszcz is at your disposal. We will be happy to answer all your questions concerning the intended notarial activities, in particular regarding the necessary documents and the amount of notarial fee.

Notary fees

Order of the Minister of Justice

of 28 June 2004 on the maximum rates of notary fees determines the notary’s remuneration.

Fees for acts done in the form of a notarial deed

The notary, as payer, collects: tax on civil law transactions and tax on inheritances and donations.

Fees in the event that the notarial deed includes a request for a land and mortgage register application

The notary collects the court fee and transfers it to the account of the competent court.

Notary Office

We are very close to the very centre of Bydgoszcz. Getting to our law firm is easy from any district of the city. Both by public transport:

  • Trams lines: 1,2,4,5,10 getting off at the Gdańska Street stop
  • By buses of lines: 52,59,60,64,67 getting off at Weyssenhoff Square stop or from the other side of Paderewskiego Street
  • By buses of lines: 67,71,77 getting off at Mickiewicza Avenue stop

And also for visitors or those travelling by their own car. There are plenty of parking spaces around the building. (Subzone B)
